We deal with cancellations on a case by case basis. In the instance a customer wishes to cancel a booking, 24 hours notice is required to receive a full refund. In exceptional circumstances, if the place can be filled by another dancer and at the discretion of DPK Ballet, customers will be refunded on shorter notice. Please note we ask you to get in touch with us as soon as you know you cannot attend a class. If a refund does occur, the entire amount of your class will be refunded, minus the transaction fee.
