David is a teacher and coach dedicated to passing on his knowledge and experience after an extensive career as a leading artist throughout the world.
David grew up in Australia and trained at the Australian Ballet School. His career started at the Queensland Ballet, where he quickly rose to the ranks of Principal Dancer. As a Principal, he went on to dance with the Joffrey Ballet, BalletMet Columbus, and Northern Ballet. After he finished his critically acclaimed performing career, he went on to be Ballet Master at Northern Ballet and has since taught and coached at many ballet companies across the globe.
David has created DPK Ballet based on his years of experience with a focus on strength, posture, confidence and artistry. He is full of fun, enthusiasm and passion for his art. David will inspire you to work hard and you will feel the benefits and enjoy the experience every step of the way!
David is also co-owner and lead coach of The Ballet Retreat.
